Cleaning Direct Birmingham

Cleaning Direct is a family-owned business that has been in operation for over four decades. It began as a small family business and is fully insured. The company serves both domestic and commercial clients in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. It offers carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning services, and specialises in cleaning Persian, Oriental and Moroccan rugs.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning forms the core of this Birmingham operation, and the feedback gathered around it keeps returning to the standard of finish achieved on domestic and commercial soft furnishings. Peter and David, widely identified as a father and son team, earn praise for their professionalism, warmth and the care taken to talk customers through what is being done as the work progresses. Carpets and sofas that had grown dirty, smelly or discoloured are described as coming up looking new, with examples spanning a fifteen-year-old carpet, a five-year-old sofa and a through lounge with dining chairs.

A number of customers describe arriving when promised, pricing given clearly in advance and at a fair level, and strong communication throughout the job. Tidiness, the effort involved and a readiness to shift furniture so that the area beneath could be cleaned are all singled out, alongside a full office clean completed while the premises were empty. The team's equipment and approach also draw favourable comment, with the work described as professional and thorough. What runs through the accounts is the transformation of tired furnishings and the straightforwardness of dealing with the pair from first contact to completion.
