Cleaner Carpets

Cleaner Carpets is a family-run business based in Cardiff, owned and operated by Jon Tabbener, who personally cleans carpets. The business has been cleaning carpets, upholstery, leather and rugs for many years. It is fully trained and insured. The service area includes Cardiff, Dinas Powys, Penarth, Barry, Rhoose, Caerphilly, Newport and surrounding areas. The business offers a 100% guarantee and agrees the price before any work is started.

A rapid drying system using high powered fans is used, with some carpets dry within 30 minutes. Stain and odour removal is a speciality. Cleaning methods include steam cleaning (hot water extraction) and low moisture & dry compound cleaning (dry powder). All products used are safe for family, pets and the environment. The business provides carpet cleaning for domestic and commercial premises.

Upholstery and leather cleaning, alongside floor refinishing, are listed among the services offered by this Cardiff company, yet it is the carpet work that dominates the feedback. Jon is named in several accounts, described as professional, friendly and trustworthy, and his willingness to fit jobs in at short notice or around a busy schedule comes up again and again. Customers describe stained and discoloured carpets, including pet marks and a spilled cup of tea on a striped carpet, being restored to something resembling new, and the results in flats, staircases, landings and spare rooms are praised as making a noticeable difference.

Reliable punctuality is mentioned, with one client noting a visit within twenty-four hours of making contact. A recurring theme is the advice offered before work begins and the expert workmanship applied to stubborn marks. Competitive pricing and reasonable rates are also noted, with value for money considered clear. Tidiness and a considerate approach in private homes are remarked upon, as is the ease of arranging a return visit for further rooms, and the friendly manner throughout puts customers at ease.
