My mum has dementia on Saturday she had a terrible accident and unfortunately she soiled the carpets during the accident. I did my best to clean as much of the mess as possible. However the stains smell etc remained. I did a search and came up with this chap. Nearly Christmas he made an appointment sorted the carpets smelled lovely afterwards clean and you would never know anything occurred. Thank you very much l forget your name as my head is cabbaged since mum accident nevertheless a job well done.

My mum has dementia and a dog so her carpets can become a problem. We’ve always used John. He’s professional, professionally equipped, knowledgable and does an excellent job. He’s also gone above and beyond in coping with mum and her dementia. I would recommend him without hesitation.
