The headboard was cream linen and they advised that the stains may not come out as it is a difficult material to treat and the option would be to either not do it incase it didn’t work (and the call out was free of charge so if we didn’t want to go ahead there would be no fee) or try but it may be unsuccessful. We gave it a go and the results were incredible. Looks brand new again. Saved a lot of money doing this as we didn’t have to get it reupholstered. I couldn’t recommend this company enough- professional, good value for money, quick, thorough and honest. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Excellent service! Provided a thorough clean of all upholstery and the carpet, going above and beyond expectation. Very friendly and take pride in their work, making sure the entire space was cleaned. Products used were pet-safe and left the room smelling incredibly fresh! With great communication from the first enquiry till post-clean checking in to see if we were happy with the results.
The booking of the appointment was fast & efficient , and confirmation on the day of arrival was prompt. Mo the technician was very friendly efficient & knowledgeable. Explaining everything as he went along. Great service all round. Would recommend

Booked in with them in an attempt to get some very stubborn marks out of a light grey sofa. Unfortunately after testing an area, they found that the marks were too worn in/made by bleach & cleaning products so they couldn’t be lifted. But they were super super helpful & didn’t charge us a penny even for the call out! Hugely appreciated it & highly recommend
We just had our carpets cleaned by prestige refresh and it was an excellent service! Communication before hand was really fast and super clear. The carpets look so much better and the house now smells amazing. The man who also did the clean was amazing, super friendly and really speedy as well and explained the whole process and any after care we would need too. Would highly recommend!
