Rugs, carpets and upholstery form the core of the work carried out by this Manchester company, and the standard of the finish is what reviewers return to again and again. Items described as heavily soiled or neglected for many years are reported to have come up like new, with customers expressing surprise at how well stubborn marks and odours were removed. John, named regularly in feedback, is portrayed as professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and his readiness to answer questions and explain the process is a point that comes up often.

Punctuality and reliability are recurring themes, with reviewers describing arrivals at the agreed time and, on one occasion, a rapid response to an urgent spill on a new sofa. The thoroughness of the cleaning is praised alongside the absence of lingering smells, and the care shown when working in sensitive domestic circumstances is mentioned with appreciation. Sofa cleaning, rug restoration and general carpet work account for most of the reported jobs, and the results are described as holding up to close inspection long after the visit.
