CJ Carpet Cleaning Tyne & Wear

CJ Carpet Cleaning cleaned our carpets and furniture this morning and the results are genuinely outstanding — everything looks as good as new, like we’ve just bought it all again. The attention to detail was spot on throughout. What really stood out was how honest and transparent they were. There was no upselling at all, just clear advice and really useful guidance on how to maintain everything properly going forward. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly take real pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Carpet Cleaning to anyone locally and will definitely be using them again.

Love these guys. They cleaned our hall/lounge/dining room and they did a brilliant job. The carpet is pale beige and the passage was particularly stained. We thought we were going to have to replace it, but it’s as good a new!! So happy with it - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Thank you CJ carpet cleaning… what a beautiful job, my carpets are like new . I thoroughly recommend you both, you work so hard and are always so pleasant.

Jason and Claire came to clean our lounge carpet this week and did a brilliant job. They were friendly, hardworking, and efficient from start to finish. We've used other professional carpet cleaners in the past who were fine, but after this experience, we wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% recommend.

We have been having work done for the last few weeks so I was so pleased we managed to get a slot for cleaning. Claire and Jay have just cleaned the whole house carpets and sofa. They look like new carpets everything looks amazing and smells great too. A lovely couple really warm and friendly people. Highly recommend xx

Just had my living room carpet cleaned by CJ Carpet cleaners today and we are absolutely over the moon. We were considering replacing the carpet because of how bad it had gotten especially after trying a different carpet cleaner last year and it turning out worse. They were very informative and gave the impression they knew exactly what they were doing from first contact. Amazing professionalism and even better work. The carpet is like it was the first day we got it and we couldn’t be happier with it.

Had my settee cleaned today from this company. A house with 4 kids 2 of which are young my 3 piece was a mess! Absolute fantastic job! 5 stars couldn't recommend more! 😁
