Carpet Fresh

Carpet Fresh provides carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning services. It is based in Southampton and serves the whole of the South of England. The company is professionally qualified, fully insured, and registered on Checkatrade. It uses an AirFlex Storm machine for deep cleaning and fast drying.

Services are offered for commercial and domestic jobs including residential and domestic homes, schools, colleges, universities, clubs, pubs, offices and restaurants. Carpet Fresh offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, end of tenancy cleaning, mattress and upholstery cleaning, and hard floor cleaning. It uses environmentally friendly cleaning methods and is pet and children friendly. Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer.

Work in Southampton and the surrounding area covers both household and commercial projects, from individual carpets and rugs to sofas, stair and landing runs and the end of tenancy cleaning of studio flats. Sophie and Simon are named repeatedly, and a handful of customers describe them as friendly, professional and punctual, talking clients through the process from first contact to completion. Much of the feedback concerns stain removal, including a turmeric drink spillage and marks left by household pets, with carpets left smelling fresh and looking refreshed.

Drying time is a point that comes up often, one reviewer contrasting touch-dry results within the hour with a previous clean that left carpets wet for days. Sofas, rugs and larger carpet areas are mentioned as coming up well, and reviewers note that the pair will work on a Sunday when needed. Regular clients return for repeat visits and pass the details on to friends and family, and the team has also handled end of tenancy work across a block of studios in the city. Appointments are available every day of the week from 8am until 10pm, including weekends.
