Apple Clean

Apple Clean is a carpet, upholstery, and curtain cleaning company serving Southampton and across Hampshire, as well as East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey, and Dorset. It has over 35 years of experience, and Jonathan has run Apple Carpet Cleaning for over 35 years and still answers every new enquiry personally. Christine is part of the Apple team. The company is a member of the NCCA and is Woolsafe certified, fully insured, and Chemspec approved for stain treatments and stain guard.

It is NCCA qualified for stain removal. Apple Clean uses environmentally friendly and safe products for pets and children. It has a local technician in Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, East Sussex, Kent, and Dorset. Services include carpet and rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, curtain cleaning, stain treatment, stain guard, commercial cleaning, and leather cleaning.

It uses a 12-step cleaning process, moves lighter furniture and replaces it on plastic tabs to protect carpets, and pre-tests fabrics for colour fastness, fabric composition, and pile distortion. It uses hot water soil extraction and treats stains including red wine, urine, sick, blood, tea and coffee, watermarks, milk, rust, ink, and food such as curry. Stain guard treatment is a fluorocarbon fibre protector. It removes house and dust mites, helping allergy and asthma sufferers. Carpets are dry within hours.

On Rockstone Place in Southampton, Apple Clean handles carpet and upholstery work alongside leather cleaning, with appointments available every day from 8am to 8pm. Customers repeatedly name Joff, describing him as punctual, friendly and professional, and note that he knows how to treat different types of staining. Carpets and sofas are reported to come up looking new after visits, with coffee spillages and makeup marks in teenage bedrooms cited as stains that responded well to treatment. Several reviewers describe the booking process as straightforward, mentioning polite communication when arranging appointments, clear quotations without repeated sales calls and, in one case, a same-day slot becoming available.

The quality of the finish is a point that comes up often, with work described as thorough and carried out to a high standard across bedrooms and living areas. Repeat business features in the feedback, including customers who have used the service more than once and intend to book again, which suggests consistent results on both carpets and upholstery. Weekend and evening availability, including Sundays until 8pm, makes arranging a visit around work or family commitments straightforward for households across the SO15 area.
