Cardiff Oven Cleaning

Cardiff Oven Cleaning is owned and run by Philip Dacey. The company is not a franchise. It is a member of The Association of Approved Oven Cleaners and is fully insured. Only non-toxic, biodegradable cleaners are used in customers' homes. All staff are fully trained.

The company replaces bulbs and filters and can organise replacement seals and parts. The oven cleaning service is available throughout Cardiff, Newport and the Vale of Glamorgan. The majority of the company's business comes from recommendations. The company cleans hobs, hoods, extractors and ovens.

For households in the Pen-y-lan area of Cardiff hoping to arrange oven cleaning, feedback left about Cardiff Oven Cleaning centres on difficulty making contact. A customer describes telephoning twice before receiving a text that proposed a date they found unsuitable. When an alternative appointment was requested, including dates that would suit both the customer and their parents, no reply followed.

A further message asking whether the diary could accommodate the family, and later one questioning why the enquiries had gone unanswered, also received no response. The customer decided to book with another provider, and reports that a reply only came once that decision had been made. The feedback concerns contact and scheduling rather than the standard of any clean carried out. Cardiff Oven Cleaning is listed at 116 Llanedeyrn Rd in Pen-y-lan, Cardiff, and the business publishes no working hours.
