Cardiff End of Tenancy Cleaning

Cardiff End of Tenancy Cleaning is a cleaning company based in Cardiff that serves Newport, Penarth and surrounding areas. It provides services to tenants, landlords and property managers. The company offers end of tenancy cleaning, moving in cleaning, carpet deep cleaning, upholstery and sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, hard floor deep cleaning, and mould removal. It follows a letting agency-approved 40-point checklist and offers a deposit-back guarantee.

The team is fully insured and DBS-checked. A 48-hour re-clean warranty is provided. The company uses eco-friendly, child- and pet-safe detergents. Photo proof and a report with before and after images are emailed to the client and landlord. For carpets, hot water extraction, also known as carpet steam cleaning, is used, and pet odour and urine removal is available. Hard floor deep cleaning of tile, laminate, vinyl and stone floors uses specialist equipment. A key-collection service is offered.

End-of-tenancy cleaning and carpet work form the core of what this Cardiff company is praised for, with reviewers describing properties left in excellent condition once the team has finished. Punctuality stands out as a recurring theme: customers note that the crew arrives when arranged, works steadily and treats the home with care, with two cleaners specifically described as polite, respectful and hardworking.

Attention to detail is mentioned repeatedly, particularly in flats and houses handed back to landlords, and the results on carpets, including a job completed before new tenants moved in, are highlighted as a strong point. Work has been carried out in Cathays and across the wider city, covering both apartments and family homes, and reviewers frequently note that the standard of cleaning met what was needed for a tenancy handover. A named member of staff, Adam, is singled out for thanks in one account. The team operates around the clock every day of the week, which suits landlords and tenants working to tight move-out deadlines.
