Over the 6-week period, the team maintained the property to a very high standard. It was always spotless, thoroughly vacuumed, steam cleaned, and with bathrooms left sparkling after every stay. We consistently received 5-star cleanliness ratings from our guests, which speaks for itself. The Breezeway app was also a great feature, allowing me to view photos and videos of each clean, giving full transparency and peace of mind. The team was also flexible and accommodating, even supporting early check-ins for guests when needed. BnB Services looked after our Airbnb last summer and it was a great experience. Onboarding with Dom was hassle free and everything has run smoothly from the start. This summer is looking just as busy, and it’s been really helpful having everything managed for us. The calendar is synced so we don’t need to worry about bookings or changeovers, which means we can stay at our parents’ house while they are away. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the service and would happily recommend them.

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Dominik and the whole BnB team while onboarding our property for Airbnb. From the very beginning, Dominik guided us through the entire setup and changeover process, which made everything much less stressful as first-time hosts. They use premium hotel-quality linen with a seamless service, with fresh linen delivered and dirty linen collected after each stay. They even set up the sofa bed for an additional guest, which was a great touch. The team also managed the first deep clean of the property to a very high standard and gave us excellent advice on how to successfully launch our Airbnb listing. Since this was our first time renting out our property, we were naturally a bit nervous, but Dominik, along with Marie, Julia, and Edyta, were always quick to respond and available 7 days a week. Any issue or obstacle that came up, from a broken lock to a pipe leak, was dealt with quickly and professionally. We also really appreciate the detailed photo reports after each clean, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. After working with BnB for some time, we now feel completely confident leaving our property in their hands while staying abroad. It’s such a relief to have found a reliable and professional service provider we can truly trust.
