Absolutely brilliant service from Appolo Cleaning Services! My carpets look amazing after the professional deep clean — fresh, clean and completely transformed. The service was friendly, professional and very thorough from start to finish. You can really see the attention to detail and care they put into their work. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely use Appolo Cleaning Services again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning!

I had my sofa, which had several tea stains, professionally cleaned along with a wool rug that was looking quite tired, the carpets in three upstairs rooms, and the staircase. I found this company through a ChatGPT recommendation as one of the top-rated cleaning services in Oxford, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The booking process was incredibly straightforward. I sent a few photos via WhatsApp and received a quotation almost immediately. After paying a 20% deposit online, I was able to book a convenient date within a week. On the day, he arrived exactly on time and was extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable leaving him in the house while I went to work. Within about 4–5 hours, everything was finished, and he sent me photographs of the completed work for approval before leaving. The results are outstanding. The upstairs carpets look like new, and the wool rug has been completely refreshed. All the tea stains and marks on the sofa have disappeared, and it looks fantastic again. He even cleaned two additional bar chairs for me at no extra charge, which was a really thoughtful touch. I couldn’t be happier with the service. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved and the quality of the results. It was excellent value for money from start to finish. Professional, punctual, trustworthy and genuinely excellent at what he does. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for carpet, rug or upholstery cleaning in Oxford. I will definitely use him again.

I contacted Appolo Cleaning Services very last minute to get a deep clean on the carpets in the property that we were purchasing and moving into next week; fingers crossed ! Hiago has been absolutely wonderful, he managed to fit the job in, very last minute. He has done a fantastic job, I feel so much better now knowing that the carpets have been cleaned to a high standard. Hiago sent me videos and photos throughout the process from start to finish. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

I had the opportunity to follow a carpet cleaning job and I was really impressed with the care and attention to detail. The result was amazing, the carpet gained another life! Professional, punctual and very capricious. I recommend it without a doubt! No this is not a different light it’s actually a carpet clean and fresh

Couldn't have asked for a better service! Hiago cleaned the floor, amazingly, the front door, the side wall. It seems like I have a new patio. Amazing price for service and he was super nice when he got here. I totally recommend him and would use his services again if I need it.

I highly recommend Hiago and his company Appolo cleaning and his services. He first did an excellent job cleaning our carpets when we moved in our new house, and I was so impressed with the results that I called him back to clean the hard floors. The hard floors had accumulated around 10 years of dirt and grime, and I honestly wasn’t sure how much of a difference could be made. The results were amazing! The floors were transformed and looked far cleaner and brighter than I expected. His attention to detail, professionalism, and hard work were evident throughout the entire process. He arrived on time, was responsive, worked efficiently, and took great care with our home. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to delivering high-quality results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing carpet or hard floor cleaning. The next job will probably be the patio to be cleaned!

Excellent carpet cleaning service, very professional and flexible with scheduling. The carpets came up spotless. I was very happy with the results and would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them. Thank you!
