House Ready Cleaning Services Oxford Ltd

Excellent cleaning service! The team was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job. They were thorough, paid great attention to detail, and left the place spotless. Communication was easy throughout, and the whole experience was hassle-free.

Amazing service. They did a fantastic job cleaning my two bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was left spotless, fresh, and beautifully cleaned. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend House Ready Cleaning Services. I booked them for a deep clean of my home, which I sorely needed as a busy, time poor professional, and I could not be happier with the result. Andrey replied promptly, was very helpful, and managed to fit me in at short notice, just over a week which was wonderful, as several other cleaning services were fully booked during this busy spring/early summer period. Three members of the team attended under Andrey’s guidance, and they were professional, thorough and extremely hardworking. They restored areas of my home that I honestly did not think could look that good again. The whole house felt fresh, calm, clean and serene afterwards, it genuinely felt like they had gifted me my home back. I was so pleased with their work that I immediately booked them again to clean my outside windows and power wash my courtyard. Excellent service, highly recommended, and I will definitely continue to work with them. If you need a deep clean of your home, do not be shy about contacting Andrey and his team. They are professional, discreet and kind, and they make you feel completely comfortable while doing an exceptional job.

We, and 2 of our past tenants, have used Andrey and the team at House Ready. They have been prompt, professional, flexible and hard working and have done a great job every time. Very much a one stop for house cleaning from the windows and gutters, to carpets and jet washing the patio. We would use them again and have no hesitation in passing on a sincere recommendation.

Amazing service!! They did an exceptional job cleaning, they went above and beyond and cleaned things we didn't even ask them to. The communication was excellent, and they helped my elderly father move things around too to help us out. 10/10 Recommend!

Exemplary, trustworthy & thorough! I was so impressed with how they turned a greasy kitchen into a shiny, clean one. I thoroughly commend them.

This is the most outrageous experience I have ever had with any company. I booked them for a deep clean of my one bedroom flat at 190 pounds, as I am always willing to pay a premium for companies with good service. They arrived today and nearly 30 minutes late. Why? Because they put the postal code instead of the street address in their GPS, and they tried to use it as a justification as to why they were late. I was promised 3 people to arrive to my flat to clean and only 2 showed up. Those 2 individuals walked in and asked me, "what are we supposed to do today?" It felt like an utter joke. I had gone through a full process to book this service and agreed to my price point for a deep clean and washing 3 rugs. Yet the team sent to my flat didn't even know what they're supposed to do. I complained about this to the office manager right away. To address this, he sent his son to join the cleaning team on-site. His son showed up with his girlfriend to bring her into my flat. She is not part of the cleaning team. It's somehow turned into a family party - a man, his nephew, nephew's girlfriend, and their friend. The work is incredibly poor and the etiquette is wildly messy. I do not recommend this place and will never be booking them again.
