We booked a 5 hour one-off clean (£165), emphasising we wanted the kitchen cleaned before anything else. The service prior to the clean was good but the cleaner did a bad job and missed some very basic things, food in kitchen drawers, grease and dust on surfaces, even left the windows in a worse condition than they found them with smears all over them. When I complained they replied 5 days later saying that they normally send a cleaner round in 48 hours to clean what was missed but in this case they would refund me £15? Laughable service.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received from 5 Star Cleaning Services. They were punctual, efficient, and incredibly thorough. Every room looked immaculate and smelled fresh when they finished. The team was polite and paid attention to detail, even in areas I hadn’t thought to mention. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality cleaning!
