NowThen Cleaners

NowThen Cleaners Limited was founded in Sheffield in 2015 by local director Hugo Russell. The company uses directly employed teams rather than subcontracted or agency workers and holds £5 million public liability insurance. Its service area covers Sheffield and five counties. Commercial cleaning sectors served include offices, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, public sector, leisure, retail, car showrooms, travel, professional services, and apartment blocks. Domestic cleaning services include regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning, deep cleans, end of tenancy, and gutter clearance.

Commercial cleaning services include contract office cleaning, after builders cleaning, communal area cleaning, high level cleaning, infection control, carpet and upholstery cleaning, commercial deep cleaning, external cleaning, washroom services, janitorial supplies, waste and recycling solutions, and electronic equipment cleaning. Instant online pricing and booking is available for domestic cleaning. Commercial contracts typically start with a site visit and written quote. The company has been trading for eleven years, delivers over 1,500 commercial cleaning hours per week, and has completed 35,611 house cleans since 2015 across 1,487 Sheffield households.

Deep cleans and regular visits to homes across Sheffield leave rooms looking spotless, with one customer comparing the finish to a brand new property. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the same small crew sent each time, whose friendly, efficient manner and attention to individual homes have built trust over months and years. Punctual arrival is a common thread, whether the job is a one-off house clean, a fortnightly session for main rooms, or a kitchen and bathroom cleared for a relative returning from hospital.

On larger contracts, such as clearing rooms in a hundred-plus bed student block against tight tenancy deadlines, supervisors are said to check the work afterwards, and the office is praised for quick, responsive answers to questions, including rearranged key handovers during heavy snow. Carpets, ovens and main living areas are singled out as areas where extra care shows, cleaning products are supplied by the team, and bookings are found simple to make and adjust. Faye, Hugo and Paulina are each thanked by name for guidance, calm organisation and thorough work.
