The Super Cleaners (Southampton)

The Super Cleaners is based in Portsmouth and Southampton, covering surrounding areas. It is a member of The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), and all professional cleaners are DBS checked and trained to BICSc standards. The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, is SafeContractor approved, and is Checkatrade listed. Every cleaner is covered by £10 million public liability insurance.

A free re-clean within 7 days is offered if the customer is not happy with any part of the clean. The company uses non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products. It provides domestic and commercial cleaning services, including one-off deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, after builders cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, contract cleaning, and facility management.

Southampton householders highlight the consistency of The Super Cleaners across end of tenancy and deep cleaning jobs, with kitchens, cupboards, drawers, skirting boards and interior windows coming up repeatedly as left immaculate. Punctuality is a recurring theme, one account describing arrival on schedule even when traffic was heavy, and reviewers mention that the team checked what was required before beginning and then worked methodically.

Communication before and after the work is described as quick and uncomplicated, from the initial booking through to completion. The range of services is a point that comes up often: carpet and window cleaning, leather care, gutter work and fumigation can be arranged together, which owners of pets and households with several tasks value because one company covers everything.

Post-construction cleaning and properties heavy with dog fur, dust and general mess are cited, with floors, carpets and windows described as spotless once finished. Staff are called friendly, professional and kind, and the firm is credited with helping a customer recover a tenancy deposit. Repeat bookings and word-of-mouth referrals run through the feedback, and one reviewer joked that the results would give a crime scene investigation team a hard time. Carpet cleaning stands out as a particular strength.
