What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Belper residents repeatedly praise Ray for the quality of his oven cleaning, with several describing cookers that emerged looking as good as new, including a 22-year-old stove and a range cooker. Punctuality and politeness come up often, and customers note that he works hard throughout the visit, in one case spending three and a half hours on a single appliance. Reviewers describe his attention to every detail, mentioning that trays, the hob and the extractor hood were cleaned alongside the oven, and that small touches such as new lights and liners were added.

His knowledge of ovens is frequently highlighted, with customers remarking that he explains how the appliance works. Pricing is described as fair, with one reviewer calling it a bargain and another noting the cost was surprisingly low for the standard of work. Ray is named warmly in many accounts as a pleasant and professional person to deal with, and repeat bookings are mentioned, including one household that has already scheduled the next clean. The thorough, meticulous approach to oven, hob and hood cleaning is the theme that runs through nearly all of the feedback.

Ray has cleaned our ovens twice now and both times he has been nothing but professional (even with a baby and toddler trying to 'help'!) Ray takes his time to ensure the oven is spotless, provides liners, if needed, and gives advice for future care. Would highly recommend.

Ray was excellent. On time, polite, and professional. He did a first class job. I got brownie points from my Wife for engaging Ray. We would both recommend him without hesitation. Top marks.

Ray has just finished cleaning our oven (which was much needed!) and it looks absolutely amazing! It looks shiny and totally rejuvenated and the price is extremely good value for money (includes new bulbs and filters, extractor and hob cleaned too). I would 100% recommend Ray to anyone!
