MT Cleaning Services EMD LTD

Oh wow what a hardworking team. Victor and the team was amazing, was a pleasure to have them in my home. The carpet clean and oven clean service was amazing, looking new again! The team seem passionate about their work and can clearly see they enjoy what they do, care to put the effort in and to leave things at a great standard. So happy, my home feels fresh and clean again with what they've done so far, and there's still so much they can do, so looking forward to having a regular clean from them from now on.

First, I was really impressed with the efficiency of the office team. I sent an enquiry and received my home visit soon after. Mariah was very calm and professional. She explained everything really well and was not pushy with the services they were offering. She gave me three possible options to choose from that could best suit what I was looking for. Second, my first free clean was arranged within the following week! I just had to make sure that my house was organised so that the cleaners could carry out the deep clean. I had to allow a full day for the cleaning, which worked out fine as I left the cleaners to get on with the house and asked them to call Mariah to let her know once they were done. Third, on the day of the cleaning, the cleaners arrived on time. They started at 9am and there were two of them. I was satisfied with around 80% of the deep clean. The person cleaning upstairs, who was new staff, did a grand job in my bedroom, on the stairs and landing, but I did have to ask for the bathroom to be redone. As he had left in the afternoon, the second cleaner redid my bathroom and corrected the cleaning straight away. This meant that he was then a bit pressed for time to finish the downstairs and missed a couple of things, such as two doors, two light switches and some corners of the kitchen floor. However, everything else downstairs was spotless and done to a very high standard. Overall, I gave a 9/10 because a few things were missed here and there, but Mariah told me that the things that were missed will be done on the next visit and that feedback had been given to the cleaner for future work. I believe that if two experienced staff had stayed for the whole day, I am sure the missed areas would not have happened. I have been enjoying a clean house and not stressing about getting the deep cleaning done. Honesty, if you need help with your house, do not hesitate as MT Services EMD LTD is very professional and efficient at getting the house looking clean and they make sure any issues get rectified. The initial deep clean was included in my fortnightly clean, and I will also have the house deep clean every 8 weeks after that at no extra cost which makes this service the best!

The initial deep clean provided by MT Cleaning Services in Derby was extremely thorough. The cleaner who turned up was very friendly and spent all his time cleaning, only socialising while in the same room that i was. He didn't stop work while he was chatting. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I shouldn't have hired them after seeing their reviews, very bad service

We’ve been using empty cleaning services over a year now. As a busy mother with full-time job and toddlers, it’s worth the money 100%. Maria, Claire and Victor are awesome. Always very communicative and amazing personalities as well. They are punctual and they have got an amazing attention to detail. They’ve been making our lives easier honestly.

I would recommend this company again and again. My flat in Derby looks like a brand new flat! Victor showed up on time and cleaned every nook and cranny of the flat. He is very professional and pays attentional to minute details.

Had my free clean. 2 staff 7 hours cleaned every nook and cranny under bed sofas etc. super pleased! Home feels amazingly clean! I would recommend MT Cleaning Services without a doubt. I’m really fussy and this is the first cleaning agency that have got it right for me!! Thank you and look forward to my next clean…
