Stephens & Daughters Commercial Cleaning Service

Reliability and thorough results recur throughout feedback on this Nottingham-based family-run operation. A number of customers describe the team as dependable, with work carried out to a consistently high standard across oven cleaning, sofa and carpet cleaning, and full end-of-tenancy cleans. One reviewer, who has used the service more than once, notes that communication has been strong and that appointments were arranged around a full-time working schedule, a point that comes up often in accounts of the company's flexibility. The same customer highlights that carpets, upholstery and an oven were left looking brand new.

Pricing is repeatedly described as fair and competitive for the quality delivered, with one account of a student house clean noting that the price reflected excellent value. A separate end-of-tenancy job in a university townhouse resulted in a full deposit return, with the letting agency awarding top marks for cleanliness and no deductions made. The whole team is described as friendly, and communication before, during and after jobs is mentioned as a strength. Cleaning of ovens, sofas and carpets, alongside end-of-tenancy work, forms the core of what reviewers praise.
