ISOS Cleaning Services

ISOS Cleaning Services is a family-run cleaning company established in 2005 by founder Henry, who started the business with one van and one team. It has been operating for over 20 years and serves NG and DE postcodes. The company is fully licensed and insured, and uses DBS-checked teams. It provides commercial cleaning for offices, retail, medical, industrial and hospitality sectors, as well as biohazard cleaning that is HSE-compliant.

Services also include domestic, end of tenancy, deep cleaning, crime scene, disinfection, carpet, oven, window, after-builders, painting & decorating, handyman, gardening, removals & storage, and waste removal. Payment plans are arranged directly with Henry and agreed in writing before work starts, and card payments are handled through Worldpay.

Carpet cleaning, deep cleaning and end of tenancy work are the services that Nottingham customers most often single out, with jet washing, window cleaning and general janitorial tasks also featuring among the jobs described. The results themselves are repeatedly praised: carpets carrying stains that owners believed permanent are reported as coming up clean, and properties are described as left spotless and looking new after a thorough visit. Punctuality and reliability come up often, with teams arriving when arranged and working quickly without cutting corners.

Communication before and during the job is a recurring theme, including same-day visits to assess what is needed and practical advice afterwards on preventing certain problems from returning. Several reviewers name Henry, describing him as supportive and hands-on, while Osas is credited with particularly good work; the wider crew is called polite, friendly and efficient. Customers also mention fair, reasonable pricing for the standard delivered, and note that extra tasks such as painting, repairs and garden clearance were taken on alongside the cleaning. Deep cleans for people returning home from hospital are among the jobs described, with the finished flat met by evident relief and gratitude from the family involved.
