Shimmer and Shine oven cleaning specialists

Shimmer and Shine Oven Cleaning is a family business operating since 2009. It is run by an aunt and niece duo. The team is fully trained and insured. The business is not a franchise. It serves Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Harrogate, and surrounding areas. The business uses an eco-friendly dip tank method for oven cleaning, which involves disassembling oven components and placing them in a heated tank. It offers oven cleaning services.

Oven and extractor fan cleaning carried out by Shimmer and Shine leaves appliances across Leeds looking as good as new, according to the feedback gathered from satisfied households. Jodie and Aimee are singled out for praise, with reviewers noting that protective covers are laid down, the cooker is worked through methodically and every trace of residue is removed before the team leaves. The finished result is a constant theme, as ovens that were heavily used or long neglected are returned to a spotless condition and before-and-after photographs often accompany the comments.

Clear communication before and after the visit, straightforward quotes described as cost-effective, and a friendly, professional manner are mentioned frequently, alongside the evident pride taken in the work. Useful advice on caring for trays and other parts of the cooker is appreciated as a bonus. Repeat bookings are common, whether arranged annually or squeezed in at short notice, and reliability, tidiness and thoroughness, covering ovens, hobs and extractor fans alike, run through the accounts.
