Clean Leeds Ltd earns steady approval from domestic and landlord clients in Leeds, several of whom describe relying on the service for two years or more without issue. Julie, named repeatedly as the director, is singled out for being approachable, helpful and professional, while the wider crew is described as friendly, polite and genuinely enthusiastic about its work. Punctuality and dependability come up often: cleaners arrive when expected, keep to a regular rota and frequently send the same faces each week.

Communication is another recurring theme, with quick responses to messages, early warning of any schedule changes and willingness to shift dates or times when needed. The cleaning itself is called thorough and of high quality, spanning routine household visits, end-of-tenancy preparation and maintenance of a company flat, with customers describing kitchens and bathrooms left gleaming and the pleasure of returning to a home that feels fresh.

A few note that the service sits at the pricier end, yet say the results justify what they pay. A structured key system reassures clients about access to their properties. The team has also adapted to a new puppy in one household, coping with extra hair and changing domestic routines. Landlords and homeowners alike point to the helpfulness and professionalism that bring them back.
