Drives like they're using the phone. Attention to detail whilst driving their vehicles does not suggest a good service would be had.

Had 2 cleaners in for a full house dust and hoover, was really impressed. They arrived on time and worked to a very high standard, have booked them in every 2 weeks after that first job would definitely recommend.

I have been using cleaners for 16 years now and I have just had the most appealing service ever and it wasn't the cleaners that I was most dissapointed in 😞. The actual cleaning was ok, but had they completed they completed the full shift they may have done the full job. On a number of occasions they started or finished late 15-20 minutes. When we spoke to the cleaners directly about this they acknowledged and apologised. The company say they use an app to track their workers but they activate the app when they arrive and don't actually start work or pack up early and hang around before leaving so they can tap the app. This was the issue I raised with the company who were rude and aggressive even though I was being nice! Also i paid extra for cleaning products to be supplied and each time they didnt have the everything. On my first clean they didnt even have a fully operating vacuum. Unfortunately they are not honest cleaners quite the opposite, stay. But my issue is with the management's approach, in business it's always important to listen to your customers concerns not shout at them aggressively down the phone!

I booked a 2hr clean for a 1 bedroom apartment and without agreement they sent me 2 cleaners for 1 hr. They left both the fridge which was empty unclean and also a bathroom cabinet. Called and tried to explain, they were uninterested. Won't book again and also won't recommend. When you give feedback, excuses are not what is needed or expected. The whole point is none of this was agreed as I received ZERO contact to check what was needed, they just decided for me. The 2 cleaners is deceptive imo. Hardly a 'bespoke' service. Fridge was empty so I didn't think it would need to be a special request. Bathroom cabinet maybe. But here's a thought. Listen to feedback instead of making excuses and maybe you won't lose potential customers. You said 'np' when I spoke with you about this being the first poor impression so i guess your business is strong enough to take losing customers and no referrals.

Highly recommend Honest Cleaning. Very reliable, friendly, attentive, and show excellent attention to detail. Lovely to deal with.

Reliable, helpful and responsible. Always accommodating if I need to change days or hours. My house always looks spotless after it has been cleaned. The ladies that clean have always been very pleasant. I’m extremely happy with the service provided.
