From the moment I enquired, I was impressed: he called me back within the hour, quoted an excellent price, arrived promptly, did extra work which I asked for him to do on the day and the end result is astounding! It looks like a brand new oven. He even gave me advice about how to change the seal when needed and was really kind to both my kids and cats (the latter of whom were very curious about his work).
