From the moment I enquired, I was impressed: he called me back within the hour, quoted an excellent price, arrived promptly, did extra work which I asked for him to do on the day and the end result is astounding! It looks like a brand new oven. He even gave me advice about how to change the seal when needed and was really kind to both my kids and cats (the latter of whom were very curious about his work). Thank you Rob.

Rob has provided an excellent all round service for us again. We had set up an annual reminder and booking an appointment was very straightforward. We were provided with a clear breakdown of costs before the appointment and Rob arrived on time and was professional throughout. Our oven, hob and extractor fan look brand new afterwards! Highly recommend
Excellent service from Rob Sansom today 14 June in cleaning our Neff cooker. We have used Ovenu (Rob Sansom) every six months for the past few years and his work is consistently high. He is also most friendly and personable.

My experience with Rob of Ovenu Nottingham North has been great. Really quick to respond to an online enquiry, booked in and arrived on time.
