Keen 2 Clean Oven Cleaning

Diane has done many oven cleans for me. She's very reliable, friendly and always on time. She does an fantastic job every time. My client are always very happy with their clean. I highly recommend her.

I was blocked on Facebook unfortunately after saying I was disappointed with the booking service after I had recommended you to friends and family and booked 3 times myself. You let me know down on the first visit but I gave you the benefit of the doubt, you turned up and didn’t have your cleaning stuff, you had left it somewhere so you couldn’t fit me in that day and I had to wait in again the next day. On the third booking this week you’ve had a slot so I booked it and got a message late at night to say you were unavailable and I couldn’t do the other time you suggested. You’ve got bookings for slots you’re not available which are over 3 days and customers can’t input their mobile numbers so you then can’t contact them either. It’s not the customers fault if the booking system isn’t functioning. I’ll tell family not to waste time booking again too. Not ok at all! I explained I just had a newborn and the oven was smoking which is why I needed it doing. You talk to customers as if it’s a free service and their fault your booking system doesn’t work. You also said Chip Fat Matt was unreliable which is why I used you instead and this has been equally as difficult to sort a simple booking.
