Given our landlord refunded the full deposit in the end, we've got to say we are happy with the end of tenancy cleaning booked in (almost last minute I might add)...although the guys did turn up an hour earlier than the scheduled time which caught us off-guard.

Choose this service at your own peril. Sharing my experience, so I can spare others the misery. I used this company when I was moving and needed an express deep clean of the house including cleaning and drying of the carpet. I was assured the carpets would be dry ready for the movers in 2 days. When I went to inspect the work the following day, the carpets were soaking wet. My socks were completely soaked through and you could see the water squishing with each step. Contacted the team to ask if this was how it should be as he had said to let him know if there were any issues and they would fix it. He said to leave it for a day to dry. I expressed my concern but instead he proceeded to gaslight me via text saying "It looks like it's your first time to order carpet cleaning! The carpet was heavily soiled and needed a thorough cleaning and rinsing. They normally dry overnight with a good ventilation with heaters on. They were additional services you can order if you were in such a hurry to move in including air blowers to speed up the drying process. We also offer carpet protection, all at extra cost. Next time, please don't order carpet cleaning if you know you are going to move in fairly quickly. Leave enough drying time." And then said "I have 17 years experience of cleaning carpet and totally understand. I have a customer in the same position a few years ago but she was satisfied with the job in the end. Most of it, is common sense. However some customers asked questions before booking and others made their own research on our website to make a decision about what is best for them. I know the weather is not friendly these days! By now your carpet should be dry as much as possible. Just leave the heaters on please." Not true. Took about 3 weeks to fully dry as we'd have to move in. By the end of the week, the water had started to travel up the walls, mould was beginning to appear. We had to spend about £350 to order a Meacodry 20L dehumidifier and smaller dehumidifiers in each room. As for the cleaning of the rooms, also a terribly shoddy job. I sent him videos and photos of dust in the windows, kitchen sinks, scratches. He admitted that the staff forgot to clean the blinds (no way he could disprove that with video evidence) said to let him know a convenient time for the cleaners to come but they never did. For the scratches, he said the house was not brand new and scratches were either already there, I didn't check properly or something happened beyond their control. When he says, any problems let me know and I'll fix it, what he actually means is, let me know the issue so that I'll spin up a reason to turn it on you and blame it on you. Worst service ever. Save yourself the drama and money and find a reputable company. These positive reviews are probably by friends, family and staff. Avoid all cost but if you'd like to find out for yourself, be my guest.

Booked an end of tenancy cleaning including carpets and oven clean. Brilliant job done. Very happy with the work and price.
