Punctuality and reliability are mentioned often, with teams arriving when booked and working long hours until everything was finished, and one booking was taken at short notice.

Named staff, particularly Denis and Derek, are praised for their professionalism, friendliness and hard work. Reviewers describe clear quotes and fair pricing, frequently noting that rates were competitive for the amount of work carried out, and communication before and after the job is consistently called swift and responsive.
