Cleanhome Newcastle - Domestic Cleaning

Cleanhome Newcastle is a family-run domestic cleaning business established in 2010. It is owned by Cheryl Gibson, who runs the business in Ponteland, Darras Hall, Chapel Park and surrounding areas, serving Newcastle and surrounding locations. The company provides domestic cleaners for all types and sizes of houses.

Its cleaners are vetted and background checked, with every cleaner undergoing a telephone interview, a home visit to validate ID and personal domestic circumstances, and two references; only 1 in 50 applicants makes it onto the register of domestic cleaners. Cleanhome Newcastle does not operate in teams, so clients get the same cleaner every week. Cleaners tailor their services to fit client requirements, including spring cleaning, weekly or fortnightly visits, and ironing.

Ponteland households relying on domestic cleaning through Cleanhome Newcastle describe a service built on the reliability of the individual cleaner assigned to them. Cheryl is thanked by name in several accounts for the cleaner she supplies, with that person repeatedly described as trustworthy, dependable and hard working. Continuity emerges as a recurring theme: the same cleaner arrives each week, holds a key and lets themselves in, an arrangement that evidently suits the homes involved. The standard of work is consistently rated highly, and the service itself is characterised as professional yet affordable.

Reviewers also note the peace of mind that comes from a familiar face returning regularly, and the overall management of the arrangement draws favourable comment alongside the finished result. Confidence in the person carrying out the tasks, rather than any single job, is the point customers return to when explaining why the setup works for them. The pattern of a capable, consistent cleaner who turns up as expected and can be trusted in the property runs through the feedback, with Cheryl's role in matching cleaner to household singled out for particular thanks.
