Cardiff Oven Cleaning

Called Phil, twice and then he replied by text offering me a date which was inconvenient to me. I asked can we arrange another date and said I was available, which he ignored. I messaged next day to ask can he check his diary to fit my parents and myself in got an oven clean, which he ignored. I messaged today to ask why he’s ignoring my messages and went on to say I’ve booked somewhere else. He then replied and said that because I didn’t come up with any other date which would’ve been convenient for us both, he ignored! I replied that I wasn’t here to manage his diary and he should look at our previous conversation with questions on if he could fit me in. I wished him a happy holiday and said another company was coming tomorrow. His last text was.. I hope you didn’t pay a deposit? I replied that he’s not a nice person to put doubt in my head and blocked him. I hope he learns from this and if he has any care about his business, he should learn to communicate.
