My partner is sick and bed ridden most of the time. On top of everything else that was going on cleaning was becoming too much. We got Brighton Cleaning Services in on a bi weekly clean and I truly have nothing but good things to say about them. From helping us navigate what was the right option to making sure that the cleaner we got was the same each time. On that note Priscilla was our cleaner and she was kind empathetic and nonjudgmental of the state our house could be, and she was quick. Incredibly so she did with 3 hours what I couldn't in a week. Our 1st time of using Brighton Cleaning Service for a whole house clean and bed linen for our Airbnb guests. The level of cleaning was immaculate and the communication/ follow up photos was superb. I would totally recommend Terry and his team

If I could give this service zero stars, I would. I hired Brighton Cleaning Services for an end-of-tenancy deep clean to reduce the stress of moving and ensure my full bond return. I was assured this was their specialty. On the day, I was told the clean would take 4–5 hours and asked to pay midway through, which I did, trusting their 5-star rating. When I returned, only the oven and two bathrooms were in a reasonable condition. Key areas I had clearly pointed out — cobwebs on ceilings, skirting boards, wardrobes, kitchen and laundry floors, and cupboards — were barely touched. I was also charged an extra $30 for internal window cleaning, only to find them left smeared with visible drip marks. After raising this, the cleaner agreed to return the next day. I rearranged all my end-of-tenancy appointments to accommodate him, only to come back and find almost nothing had improved. In the end, my family and I had to rush through the cleaning ourselves just before handing the keys back. I requested a refund afterward and have received no response for over a week. Extremely disappointing, stressful, and not the service that was promised.

I’ve worked with BCS for the last couple years and they have been a great help with good quality and value cleaning. Additionally they were able to offer extra inspections to ensure everything was running well. 100% recommend Thanks BCS

Generally good. The lady Fernanda was on time and professional. Paid attention to details. But she did seem in a rush to end and to move on. Overall happy but I think can be better. Trifle pricey. Website says less but actual charges have gone to 22 per hour, plus there is VAT. Satisfied for now, thankful for your support.
