Amazing! Mona does an exceptional job every week. Hard working, exceptionally reliable and makes my house seem like new every time. Richard has made the process of getting this weekly clean so easy, he has excellent customer service and great communication. It is a little more expensive - but totally worth it for the high quality service. Would definitely recommend.
I have been with B Housekeeping for many years and only have positive experiences. Good communication, always happy to help when re-scheduling needed etc. Lovely Mona is more than a cleaner to me. She is a wonderful human being and I trust her 100% to look alter my place. You could probably find a cheaper service but you won't get the reliability and personalised service.
We have been delighted since we started using Brighton Housekeeping for our cleaning services in 2022. Our cleaner is reliable, cheerful and hardworking. We feel he treats our home as if it were his, rather than just a place of work. If he has any issues or concerns, he raises them. He encourages us to speak up if there is ever something he is not doing or we feel he should do differently. We also like the Brighton Housekeeping business model with its cleaners being employees paid more than the real living wage and benefiting from the usual employment rights.

There is a before and an after and it makes such a difference for my mental health. Yes it is a bit more expensive but it is worth the peace of mind. Everything is made really easy. Recommended !
