Zero Dry Time Coventry

Zero Dry Time Coventry is a sole trader business that started in June 2019. The owner is Kevin Wagstaff, who moved to Coventry from Derbyshire in 2010. The business is based in Coventry and serves both domestic and commercial customers. Services include dry carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard floor cleaning, leather cleaning, wooden floor cleaning and protecting, and Ultra Guard stain protection.

The business uses an Elite 2 Dry Carpet Cleaner machine, which has 4 different gradients of stiffness brushes for different carpet types. It also uses Encap and De-Greaser products, a sponge product to break up and absorb dirt and moisture, and enzyme cleaning products. For hard floor and wooden floor cleaning, it uses oscillating technology, and for upholstery cleaning, it uses a foaming machine. Stain protection is offered for carpets and fabric upholstery.

Households managing young children, pets and everyday spills feature prominently among the projects described, and the outcomes are consistently reported as carpets and soft furniture returning to a like-new condition. Kevin is named repeatedly, with reviewers describing his deep understanding of carpet fibres and his evident skill in the trade; one account notes that he explains each stage of the work and checks the finish against a high standard. Steve and Darren are also mentioned for a job completed on schedule with the same result. Punctuality and reliability come up often, alongside thoroughness and close attention to detail.

Customers note that additional items were cleaned at no extra cost, and one family highlights how accommodating the team was around a newborn, treating the home with respect. Upholstery and sofa cleaning appear alongside carpet work, with stains from juice, pets and children's marks all addressed. Several reviewers describe the service as consistently excellent across repeat visits, and the willingness to go beyond the basic brief is a point that comes up often. The recurring theme is a skilled, careful team that leaves carpets and furniture looking renewed.
