Ultrapro Service

Kyle came to service my oven and just to say he is extremely professional,pleasant and nothing is a problem for him

I have been a customer of Ultrapro for years, but am now leaving them. Today is March 2026 and the last clean of my oven was February 2024 - more than 2 years. They have been happily collecting my money but not delivering the service I paid for. Also the last couple of cleans were nowhere as good as the standard when I started. Enough is enough. Given these circumstances I could not recommend Ultrapro to anyone looking for a good, honest and reliable oven cleaning service.

If I could give a zero, I would. 3 appliances were ‘cleaned’ in one hour. I refused to pay for the dishwasher and oven hood as the clean was substandard. The oven was a ‘reasonable’ job. I’ve used this company 3 times and this will be the last. I have given them a few chances. The last straw was when I asked to be emailed an invoice. First they sent to wrong email address and then they sent me a photo of a credit card transaction receipt. Won’t be using them again.

Absolutely delighted with my clean today!! I have a Neff slide and hide and many many cleaners have failed a) to remove the door and b) to change my oven light. I’m buzzin about Bennett being able to change to bulb as the last cleaners for two years could not get the cover opened so I’m totally chuffed to be able to see what’s cooking now!! I would do 10 stars if I could oxo oxo

Benny, was out cleaning my oven, hob & washing machine. Great guy, very pleasant, loved the banter. Did a fantastic job the oven was soo bad, looks like a new oven. Would highly recommend this service. 👍🏻😍

I have been with ultra Pro for a few years now. They provide a very professional and excellent service. Paul arrived this morning to clean my oven. He arrived with a smile. He was polite and professional, even with our dog who wasn’t sure in the beginning but he won her heart 😁 Our oven is sparkling. Would highly recommend this company. Kirsty

Had an account with Ultra Pro for coming up to eight years. Always do a fantastic job of cleaning our ovens & hobs. Paul who cleaned our oven today was professional, efficient & friendly. Another great job. Fully recommended
