The stars are purely for the man that cleaned my gutters and windows. He was pleasant and did a good job. The office staff however failed to tell me there was a minimum charge when I phoned them. Make sure you check the pricing on the website! personally I won't be using them again

Good service and always good response when emailing. Majority of the windows are usually always sparkling, though the back windows are prone to watermarks - not sure if this is be wise they’re south da ing and more exposed to wind (more dust being blown into them before drying etc), so is no fault of theirs! Can be a bit hit and miss as to what day/week they’ll come, which isn’t much of a problem during COVID/work-from-home times as we can just dash down and open the gate.

Awful. Came to clean the gutters and left with the back one not cleaned at all. Booked again to get it done... no show. Booked again... no show. Booked again... no show. Took me ringing them asking where the person was to find out they didn't have a ladder high enough so couldn't do it. Nothing like not telling us at all and letting us book it 4 times in total! Awful service. Would be zero stars if that was possible.

I'm slightly disappointed with the service I had today. Been told that all the windows been washed and I did double ask if it really is. When I got back into flat I so that the other side wasn't even touched. Didn't like it that the man was sort of in the rush, but thanks that it was a free trial. Shame...

Windows are very clean and looks great when you are done. Thanks.
