UKWindowClean has built a strong reputation in Leicester for window cleaning, with reviewers repeatedly praising the thoroughness of the work and the reliability of the service. Customers describe the cleaner, named in reviews as Martin, as friendly and pleasant to have around the home, and several note that he takes real care over the windows, leaving them consistently clean and fresh.

Punctuality comes up often: clients value that appointments are kept and that the job is completed efficiently without cutting corners. The results themselves draw consistent approval, with windows described as left in excellent condition after each visit, and the overall experience seen as exceeding what customers expected. Communication is another theme, with the company's customer support singled out for being responsive and helpful, both when arranging visits and afterwards.

Reviewers also comment on the courtesy shown during the work, describing the service as a pleasure to have at home and expressing a wish to continue with regular fortnightly bookings.
