Very helpful customer service team, good job every time

Impossible to communicate with. Very difficult to cancel service, don't answer emails, don't answer the phone and don't meet the standard of bi weekly clean.

I had a very pleasant experience with this business. I called them a week ago to book the appointment. Lady on the phone was very nice. On the day, windows were cleaned very well by Carl. Professional and friendly service. No complaints.

Booked in twice for a domestic gutter cleaning Job in Newcastle. Didn’t show up either time. Didn’t bother or have the common courtesy to let anyone know they were not coming on either occasion despite giving them reminders nearer the time. As a result we lost 3-4 weeks when we could have booked someone reliable to do the job. Really poor communication and completely unprofessional all round.
