On Moorside Maltings in Leeds, UKWindowClean handles window cleaning and gutter clearing, the latter listed as a specific service. The company keeps weekday hours from 9am to 5pm and does not open at weekends. Feedback gathered from customers is mixed, with positive accounts describing a dependable and swift service, polite staff, thorough work and straightforward contact. Several reviewers note that long hoses reach windows on taller properties and that extra services such as gutter work can be arranged.

A recurring complaint among the lower ratings concerns scheduling and communication: reviewers describe difficulty receiving advance notice of visits, which causes access problems, and some report windows being skipped or left streaked while the full charge is still applied. Others mention a rolling service arrangement introduced without clear warning, trouble reaching the company by phone and slow replies by email, and damage to a garden item caused by equipment. These points appear across more than one account. The business covers the LS11 district and nearby parts of Leeds, offering weekday appointments.
