UK Commercial Group

UK Commercial Group earns as much recognition for its training provision as for the cleaning services it delivers across the region, with clients regularly highlighting the air hygiene and TR19 air duct courses as informative and thoroughly explained. Mark Towers is the instructor named most frequently, credited with patience, clarity and a willingness to go further than expected, and attendees note that they came away having learned considerably more than anticipated.

On the cleaning side, the accounts describe window cleaning completed at a care home in Drayton, a job praised for the friendly manner of the operative called Dan, while a kitchen deep clean and the clearing of a waste-filled back yard were carried out by a team who arrived as arranged and applied striking attention to detail. Reviewers often mention the politeness and trustworthiness of the staff and the consistently high standard achieved on both commercial premises and domestic jobs.

Communication is another theme that recurs, with instructions and queries handled clearly before and during the work. The services span air duct and carpet cleaning, gutter and window cleaning, and the supply of cleaning products, and it is this blend of practical results and well-received training, especially the sessions led by Mark Towers, that keeps clients returning.
