The Pristine Team Ltd

The Pristine Team Ltd is a cleaning company based in Birmingham, England. It serves commercial, residential, and Airbnb spaces. Its team is trained, uniformed, and equipped with PPE and ID badges, and is regularly updated on COSHH, manual handling, and safety protocols. The company operates with full insurance coverage and uses colour-coded systems to prevent cross-contamination. It is trusted by property managers, landlords, and businesses across Birmingham and The West Midlands.

Services include commercial cleaning for offices, shops, and restaurants; residential cleaning such as regular home cleaning, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services; specialist and deep cleaning for carpets, upholstery, ovens, end-of-tenancy, and one-off deep cleans; and Airbnb and short-let cleaning with fast turnaround for guest changeovers. It provides 7-day availability with same-day options and uses eco-friendly products on demand. It follows robust health and safety procedures and offers tailored plans after a free site visit. The company is fully insured with health & safety compliance and quality audits. It provides transparent pricing and scalable services for multi-site operations.

It employs trained, uniformed professionals with minimal disruption and offers flexible scheduling: weekly, fortnightly, or one-off. Additional services include specialised carpet and upholstery shampooing, end-of-tenancy cleans with detailed reporting, post-construction cleanup of dust and debris, biohazard and restoration for fire/flood incidents, clinical sanitization with infection control, and emergency response for neglected properties. For Airbnb and short-lets, it provides hotel-standard cleaning in all areas, fresh bedding and towel changes, deep clean of kitchens and appliances, and restocks consumables such as toiletries and coffee.

Birmingham-based The Pristine Team Ltd has built a following among customers who describe the company as a bespoke, responsive operation for both regular and one-off work. Several reviewers highlight the quality of deep cleans, including a move-in property that received exactly the thorough treatment requested and a last-minute request that was taken on without any drop in standard. Post-construction and construction site cleans feature repeatedly, along with the maintenance of a restaurant kitchen over three months, where the team is said to have never let the client down.

Punctuality and communication stand out: customers note that enquiries are answered patiently, that feedback is acted upon, and that short-notice bookings are accommodated. Tidiness and attention to detail are singled out, with one account of an HMO transformed by hard work on an exceptionally hot day. Staff are routinely called lovely, professional and friendly, and the reliability of the crew is a point that comes up often, with clients stating they would hire the team again and recommend it for domestic and commercial jobs alike. The company also handles carpet cleaning, window cleaning, janitorial and laundry work, according to the services listed for it.
