Our old oven desperately needed a professional clean and Kenny turned up on the dot to do the job. During an initial assessment Kenny pointed out various serious faults with our oven that a clean could not remedy. He then took the time to clearly explain how these were affecting the performance of the oven. We have since ordered a new one. Thank you
