What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Driveway and paving restoration is the theme that runs through the feedback for The Driveway Doctor, with reviewers in Derby describing driveways, patios, garden steps and block paving returned to a like-new appearance after years of grime, staining and moss. Various customers describe the cleaning as thorough and followed by sealing, frequently with two coats, and repeatedly mention that colour and shine came back to surfaces laid decades earlier. A recurring point is the professionalism of Zaac and his team, named in multiple accounts for keeping customers informed at every stage and for their care and attention to detail.

Reliability and punctuality come up often, with quick, efficient visits and a tidy finish that leaves the area spotless. Reviewers also describe clear quotes and pricing they consider reasonable and competitive. The same accounts highlight the friendliness of the team, with one customer noting the reassurance of trustworthy people working for an elderly relative, and supplies such as drive sealer being arranged for collection. Gutter cleaning and house cleaning work also feature among the services mentioned.

Ordered some drive sealer from The Driveway Doctor in Derby. Really nice gentleman arranged for me to pick it up from their Manchester depot which is just round the corner from me really. Couldn't have been any easier. Really top guy to deal with and comes highly recommended for all your driveway supplies.

Great job! Great communication before, during and after the work was completed. The guys thoroughly washed the drive and then sealed with two coats. It looks lovely and shiny now, good as new and it's been down over 30 years. They do a really professional job and go the extra mile to make sure the drive looks its best. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Zaac and team.
