Textile cleaning across Newcastle upon Tyne forms the core of this company's work, and the feedback gathered points to a steady pattern of careful, considered service. Reviewers often mention the thoroughness applied to lounge and dining area carpets, with the transformation achieved described as striking. Upholstery also features strongly, covering sofas, a wing back chair and cushions affected by odour, all reported as successfully refreshed. A detail many reviews return to is the professionalism of the team, with Rav and Brendon named for their courteous approach and readiness to talk customers through every stage.

Punctual attendance is noted, as is consideration for household routines, and several accounts mention visits arranged at short notice. Stain removal attracts consistent approval, including a hair dye mark that had resisted earlier efforts. Honest expectations set in advance and then surpassed, tidy working methods and clear answers to questions round out the picture. The prevailing impression is of a service that treats each job on its own terms, from wool carpets to delicate upholstery, and stays with it until the result is right.
