Student accommodation blocks, private homes and commercial premises across Cardiff feature among the projects handled by The Cardiff Window Cleaning Company Ltd., based on Cathedral Road in Pontcanna. Regular window cleaning sits alongside gutter clearing and pressure washing, the last two reflected in the company's listed service categories. Feedback from long-standing clients highlights the manner of the cleaners, who are consistently described as courteous, professional and hardworking; individual team members such as George and Jaden are named for the standard of their work on glass, frames and adjoining plastics.

Punctuality recurs as a theme, with visits carried out at the agreed times and advance warning given the day before, which allows rear access to be arranged. Consideration for the property is noted too, including gates being secured and care taken around planting. Clients also value the regularity of the service, with some having used the firm for several years, and the helpfulness shown on introductory visits when procedures are explained and accounts set up. Staff are contactable every day of the week between 8am and 5pm.
