Its primary services are commercial cleaning of offices, restaurants, pubs, bars, nightclubs, student accommodation sites, and commercial sites of any size.

It also offers cleaning solutions for commercial and industrial cleaning, including soft hygiene services for shopping centres and business spaces, critical industrial spill clean-ups, and warehouse sanitation. The company operates night and day shifts for a full 24-hour solution. It uses a fleet of vehicles to deliver cleaning solutions across surrounding areas. All staff are fully insured and regularly trained. That's Cleaning is a multi-award winning company.

That's Cleaning, operating across Bristol, draws consistent praise for the professionalism and reliability of its teams, with Miguel frequently named as the owner who keeps communication prompt and accommodates changing schedules, including short-notice requests. Customers describe a range of work: end of tenancy cleans, regular house cleaning, and upkeep of larger commercial premises such as student accommodation blocks, a yoga studio, a busy cafe and buildings used for events and band rehearsals.

Reviews time and again mention the high standard of the finished result, with rooms left gleaming and buildings maintained in noticeably better condition than before. Punctuality and flexibility come up often, as does the friendliness of staff, with Angel singled out as a regular cleaner whose work keeps one building consistently clean. Quotes described as fair are mentioned alongside a willingness to take on extra requests without fuss, while a free initial deep clean is noted by at least one client.

Several accounts highlight the team's hard work, honesty and trustworthiness, particularly when working around tight turnover periods in student lets. Tidiness, quick response times and a genuinely caring approach to customer service run through the feedback, and the recurring theme is a dependable outfit that treats each job, whether a single house or hundreds of bedrooms, with the same care.
