I booked TF Carpet Cleaning Reading because of the strong reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not match that at all. To be clear, this review is not about whether old carpet stains could be fully removed. I understand no cleaner can guarantee perfect results. My issue was with the reliability, communication, and the amount of time wasted. I paid a deposit and arranged for the carpets in my flat to be cleaned. The appointment was moved around several times. Each time, I tried to be understanding and worked around the changes. I travelled to the property more than once, waited around, and even left access ready so the job could be completed. Despite confirming different times with me, the job was never actually done. I was left chasing for updates and trying to find out what was happening. After confirming again that the job could be done the next day, I was unexpectedly told in the morning that I’d be refunded instead. When I questioned it, I was eventually told they did not want to do the job. That’s fine - any company can choose not to take a job. But that should have been made clear earlier - not after several rearranged appointments, me travelling, waiting around, and chasing communication. The deposit was refunded, which I appreciate, but the overall situation was handled poorly. For me, this was about basic reliability. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use again or recommend if you need someone dependable.

We received a professional service for cleaning of our sofas. Thiago was very helpful from initial contact till completion of service. It was all done with attention to detail and without rush. At the end we were really satisfied with the outcome.
