T&J Cleaning (Windows & Gutters)

T&J Cleaning (Windows & Gutters) was established in 2012 and operates in Birmingham. The owner, Jon Arthur, works with his wife Tania. The business specialises in domestic and commercial cleaning. It uses traditional and purified water cleaning methods. Jon Arthur has over 8 years of experience.

Landlords and homeowners with long-neglected properties have repeatedly turned to T&J Cleaning (Windows & Gutters) for exterior work, and reviewers describe thorough results on windows, soffits, fascias, doors and plastics. Several customers mention that Jon, often working alongside Caleb, is polite, friendly and easy to reach, with prompt replies when arranging quotes or booking visits. Reliability comes up often: one client notes that he has returned on multiple occasions and intends to keep using the service, while another says he keeps in touch consistently.

The quality of the clean itself is the most frequent theme, with windows and guttering described as left spotless or transformed after years without attention. Customers also call the pricing fair for the amount of work involved, and note that high windows previously deemed inaccessible were cleaned without fuss. Gutter cleaning and pressure washing appear alongside the window work, and one landlord reports that a deep clean of a rental block improved its presentation and prepared it for regular maintenance. Reviewers highlight the care taken with neglected properties and the friendly manner of the team carrying it out.
