Sussex Oven Cleaning Limited

My oven was rather dirty. It was two yrs ago I had it cleaned and now after the lovely chap from Sussex Oven Cleaning had spent hour and half cleaning, my oven looks band new again. Excellent service, fully recommend. Thank you so much.

This is the second time we have used Sussex oven cleaning limited and we are really pleased with their service. Their contractor arrived and completed the job very quickly. He was friendly and unobtrusive (I was working from home at the time) and our oven looks so clean we almost reluctant to use it.

AGA owners take note. I booked Sussex Oven Cleaning because they specifically list AGA cleaning as one of their services, and the booking process was easy and efficient. Ritchie did a magnificent job on all the enamel, as well as the insides of the oven doors and lids — everything gleamed. I’m taking one star off because I was surprised that the hotplates and the floors of the ovens weren’t cleaned at all (see photos). To their credit, the company responded to my probably‑finicky concern with real grace and kindness, and handled my complaint quickly.

This was the first time I had contacted Sussex Oven Cleaning - very glad I did! My double electric oven was certainly in need of a thorough clean. Prompt, helpful, courteous, efficient and friendly service, right through from responding to my request, booking an appointment, doing the job and clearing up. I now have a sparkling oven (inside and out), looking brand new, with no unpleasant odours from the cleaning materials during or after the cleaning, or on first use of the oven since.
