Punctuality and professionalism stand out across the feedback for this Coventry carpet and upholstery cleaning service, with Scott named repeatedly as the person carrying out the work. Customers describe him turning up when he said he would and getting jobs done efficiently, whether the task involves carpets, a sofa, a three-piece suite, a leather suite or a property clean at the close of a tenancy. The quality of the result comes up again and again, with carpets and upholstery left looking immaculate and an oven restored better than it had appeared in years.

A clear breakdown of the planned work and the expected outcome beforehand is something several people appreciate, along with being kept informed. Charges are described as reasonable and as representing good value, and one account notes help removing stains from a property that had already been vacated and a deposit returned in full. Tidiness and a considerate manner feature too, alongside the accommodating approach of a husband and wife team. The standard of cleaning on carpets, sofas and leather items, combined with a helpful and trustworthy manner, forms the consistent thread running through the accounts.
