I had the most terrible experience with this company. I had been messaging Jo and called him as well, to arrange for deep cleaning of my house. I had given a detailed description of what I wanted doing including the number of rooms etc. He had agreed to get the cleaning done for 250-300 pounds. I had clarified with Jo that there will not be any changes in the price, on the day of cleaning and he had reassured me regarding this. I had also said that one of the bedrooms won't need cleaning. I had cleared up as much space as possible in the house, in spite of a bad back. Yet on the day, his team arrived and said that the house is bigger than they thought and demanded 600 pounds, double the amount that we had agreed on!! Although Jo had been polite over the phone initially, he refused to answer the phone today when I tried calling him to discuss this issue. The guy from the company who spoke to me today at my house was raising his voice as well, which really upset me. Beware of this company. They don't keep their word and could possibly change the quote at the last minute and make excuses. I had given a detailed description of what I needed cleaning, as you can see from the pics. And Jo had confirmed the price (please check the pics). If he or his team had any doubts regarding the size of the room/ measurements, they could have asked me to send the measurements. Or informed me that the quote could change on the day. What is terribly wrong is quoting a price and confirming it, then turning up on the day, doubling the price saying the house is bigger than they thought, saying it will be a loss for them and inconveniencing customers. That is totally unprofessional. So unreliable and extremely disappointed and very traumatised. I didn't expect this Jo. It's been a total shock. Not 1 star, zero stars actually. Dr Mini

Just amazing service....Joe Peter and Michael arrived early and deep cleaned an empty property my niece was moving into...they sent us regular before and after cleaning pics....the property was all sparkling and fresh ready for the furniture....I can highly recommend this Company for it's professional and friendly team.
