Fantastic job done today for my property which included a kitchen clean/deep clean of the oven and bathroom clean. No issues whatsoever and would happily instruct this business for my cleaning needs and will do in the future!

Moved into an empty flat. Decided to have it cleaned before moving furniture in. Paid for a deep clean then discovered everything I wanted was an extra. eg kitchen clean, extra £40 to clean walls, extra £30 to clean the tiles on 2 of the walls, extra to clean inside the empty kitchen units, extra to clean oven etc, etc. Work was to a decent but not exceptional standard. Total clean for a 2 bedroom flat worked out at more than £200 per hour.

This cleaning company is great. I've used them for a starter deep clean and ongoing regular cleans. Their customer service team is quick to respond and the cleaners are flexible to changing needs (as far as swapping a day when needed, etc). The 3 that come to the house are lovely, efficient, open to feedback and quickly remediate anything missed. My house is left looking and smelling lovely every time. I hope to continue using this company for many years to come.

Corinne and her team were fantastic! They completed a builders clean throughout my house and the finish was top class. Great communication too, they also managed to facilitate me with reduced staff due to illness. I would 100% recommend and will be using them again. Massive thanks to the team. Lisa

They made me pay in prior a good amount of £74, sent their cleaners who barely stayed for an hour, only vacuumed my house and left with surfaces not cleaned, the drains in the shower cubicles , toilet seats and the inside of the toilet not cleaned, the sinks that clearly have spots left. When I showed them areas they kept emphasising on deep cleaning to be requested but I was expecting these as part of basic cleaning for a regular cleaning booked for an amount of £74.

Paid over £200 for a deep clean. The flat was given the most basic cleaning and didn’t come close to a deep clean. Having a look at the reviews below I can see that I’m not the first one to receive a terrible deep clean. I asked for a refund and they did offer to come back to clean anything missed - I refused this. If the clean that was provided is their version of a deep clean then no amount of return cleans will provide what I was looking for in the first place. Terrible job… absolute rip off
